Once you have completed the questionnaire, we will contact you to get to know you better.
An architectural project is always an important moment in the lives of our clients, which is why we organize a meeting as soon as possible on the site of your project. This will allow us to assess the feasibility of your project.
This appointment is invoiced at €90 incl. TAX in the Paris region*.
*Outside the Ile de France, we also invoice the travelling expenses.

STEP 03
PERSONALIZED SUPPORT
After getting to know each other during an on-site meeting. We offer tailor-made support because each project is unique.
For complete support, we recommend the mission complete. This mission gives you an accompaniment at each phase* of your project until the realization to the delivery of your construction work.
*These phases are described in the steps below

Certains customers prefer more limited support : the preliminary study mission is therefore made for them !
STEP 04
PROJECT DESIGN
ESQ Phase (Sketch)
This phase corresponds to the preliminary study mission. Several project concepts will be carried out by our team and will be presented to you.
APS Phase (Preliminary Draft Project)
Following the sketch phase, our team realizes a synthesis in order to obtain a single coherent project. Then we accompany you in the choice of materials and atmospheres.
If your project requires it, the intervention of a BET (technical study office) can be carried out (mission complementary to that of the architect).
APD Phase (Preliminary Final Project)
Following the APS phase, our team definitively specifies your choices and designs each element in detail.
If your project is subject to administrative authorization (building permit or other), we take care of formatting a file and presenting it to the competent bodies.

CHOOSE THE COMPANY
Development of consultation file
We draw up a Consultation file for companies on the basis of which they make a detailed estimate for carrying out your work.
Consultation of companies/artisans
We consult in priority a relevant selection of companies and craftsmen of our network. At the end of the site visit, each company will be able to present a detailed estimate. We analyze each estimate and present them to you in order to assist you in your choice.

STEP 06
REALIZATION OF THE WORK
The construction site
One of our site manager architects supervises the progress of the site construction and coordinates the companies during a weekly meeting on the site.
He ensures the quality of the implementation and the respect of deadlines, as well as the quality of the materials used.
He ensures the progress and invoicing of the company, especially by stamping each invoice that companies submit to him before sending it to you.
It also targets the execution plans produced by the companies so that it conforms to the project.
Acceptance of the Work
The construction site will not be officially finished until the achievement meets your expectations. We are here to make sure everything is in order and done correctly.
Guarantees
From the end of the construction site, the insurance and guarantees of the companies and the architect come into force : the guarantee of perfect completion, the two-year guarantee and the ten-year guarantee.
